What I did on my summer vacation...

Well, we just got back from our trip to the cabin.  We had lots of fun, as you can probably tell from looking at these photos my mommy and daddy took.  So let's get right to it...

 

Here's me on the pier at the swim beach.  Me and Daddy hung out a lot on the yellow and blue floaty thing in the background.

 

 

Here's Mommy reading to me in the cabin.  Do you like our party lights?  I helped Daddy hang them!

 

 

Here are some pics of me at Tamarac National Wildlife Refuge.  Those are Canada geese and birch trees in the background. 

 

 

 

Here's me with my first fish ever.  It was a sunfish!

 

 

Here's me with my second fish ever.  It was a rock bass!

 

 

I caught 6 total fish: 2 rock bass, 2 sunfish, 1 bluegill, and 1 lake perch (the perch was lucky because I caught someone else's broken line that had the hooked perch at the end of it).

Here's me with Daddy where the Missippisisppi River starts.  We went there last year too.  This year I got to walk on the big rocks.  They were pretty slippery...  Somebody biffed it on the rocks when we were there, and it wasn't even Daddy! 

 

 

 

There was one really sad thing that happened on our trip... On the last day we had to go home.  Here's  a picture of me and Mommy and Daddy and Baby T trying not to cry on the day we were leaving:

 

 

 

That's about it for the trip, except for the LOOOOOOOONG drive home and the stops at the Fargo McDonalds and the mall in Brookings.  Good thing our A/C was working!  It was 101 degrees in Brookings!  Thanks for looking at my website.  Don't forget to check Teagan's website too!
