Tommy Tracy’s web page:  3/20/04

Hello everyone!  It’s only been a couple weeks, but daddy got some more pictures back, so I had him scan them for me so I could update my web page.  Not too much has been going on since I last wrote.  Oh, I did learn one new trick.  I can rotate sideways in my crib and pound on the rail with my feet, without even waking up.  Pretty cool, huh?  Daddy didn’t think so at 6 o’clock this morning, so he rotated me back, but that only lasted a few minutes.  So mommy got up and put me in bed with daddy while she took a shower, but that didn’t last long b/c I tinkled on daddy and the bed.  It was pretty funny seeing daddy jump out of bed like that.  Usually it takes forever for him to get up…

I’m now 4 months old!  I had my 4-month check-up and I weighed 15.2 lbs and was 25 inches long.  The mean nurses attacked me with the metal things again, and I was crabby for a couple days after that.  But now I’m back to my old self.  Anyhow, here’s some new pics for you:

Here’s a picture of me and mommy.  I don’t usually like taking naps, especially in my crib, but sometimes I like to snooze on mommy’s shoulder.  I like mommy’s shoulder better than daddy’s.  Daddy’s is too bony.

Here’s me napping in my carseat.  This is the only other place I like to take naps.  Mommy and daddy say that they are going to buy me a big boy’s car seat today because I’m getting so big.  I hope mommy and daddy can carry me around in it and I can take naps in it.

Here’s me showing off my bubble-blowing prowess.  I had an even bigger one, but it popped before daddy took the picture.

Here’s me and Grandpa Alcock.  We went to Minneapolis to visit them 2 weeks ago and we had lots of fun.  It snowed a lot when we were there.  We even got to stay longer because of a snowstorm that started when we were supposed to go home.  But that was ok because I got to spend more time with Grandma Alcock and Pa.

Sometimes daddy takes the strangest pictures!  Here I am trying to look all cute and all (and munching on my hands), and daddy takes a picture of just my feet!  I think maybe he should have used a higher f-stop to increase depth of field.  I mean, I’m just a blur!  You can’t even see how cute I am!

Here are some pictures Daddy took of me for St. Patrick’s Day.  My outfit is green, but it’s kind of hard to tell.

Well, not much else to report.  Daddy and mommy say hi.  Bye for now!
